Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field required.
• HR certification (SHRM-CP or PHR) preferred.
• 5+ years progressive HR experience, in a business partner/generalist role.

Responsibilities

• Strategic HR partnership with leaders to align people strategies with objectives.
• Support succession planning, talent reviews and leadership development.
• Facilitate performance management and compensation review processes.
• Assist organizational development, workforce planning and engagement programs.
• Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and recommend data-driven solutions.
• Support learning and development initiatives to boost leadership skills.
• Promote DEI and foster an inclusive work environment.
