Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years experience as a HR Business Partner and/or Recruiter.
• Ability to develop strong relationships at all levels of the organization.
• Must live within reasonable commuting distance to Lenox, MA or relocate to Lenox, MA (relocation assistance available).
