Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 7+ years of progressive HR experience with leadership of broad HR functions.
• Master’s degree or HR certification preferred.
• Experience partnering with senior leaders to develop people strategies.
• Strong communication, consultation, relationship-building, and stakeholder management.
• Proven ability to lead change management initiatives and influence outcomes.
• Experience in talent management, succession planning, and organizational development.
• Knowledge of employment laws and HR compliance requirements.

Responsabilités

• Strategic HR Business Partnership: lead HRBP for assigned functions and align people strategies with business priorities.
• Talent Management & Organizational Development: lead performance management, succession planning, and leadership development.
• Employee Relations: advise on performance, policy interpretation, and workplace concerns.
• Compensation, Benefits & Total Rewards: partner on pay, benefits, and total rewards strategies.
• Culture & Employee Engagement: champion programs reinforcing values and engagement; foster collaboration.
• Lead and mentor HR team members and drive professional development.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws, company policies, and HR practices.
