Pace, a leader in environmental and scientific services, seeks an experienced HR Business Partner (HRBP) to provide strategic HR support across multiple functions. The role partners with leaders to drive performance and nurture a positive workplace culture.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in HR or related field and at least five years of HR experience, with strong coaching, investigations, and policy-interpretation skills. This is a full-time, on-site opportunity in Greensburg, PA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Five or more years of progressive HR experience.
• Equivalent combinations of education, training, and experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leaders to implement HR programs that drive business performance and operational success.
• Provide guidance and coaching on employee relations, performance management, organizational effectiveness, and workforce planning.
• Support talent acquisition, employee development initiatives, succession planning, and talent management programs.
• Assist leaders in interpreting and applying company policies, employment laws, and HR best practices.
• Conduct thorough and objective investigations into employee concerns and recommend appropriate resolutions.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, local, and company regulations, policies, and procedures.
• Analyze workforce and HR data, prepare reports, and provide insights to support business decisions.

What You’ll Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Five (5) or more years of progressive professional Human Resources experience.
• Equivalent combinations of education, training, and experience may be considered.
