Pace Analytical Services, LLC in Greensburg, PA is seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to provide strategic HR support across multiple functions. You will act as a trusted advisor to leadership, help drive organizational performance, and foster a positive workplace culture.

The role covers employee relations, talent initiatives, policy interpretation, compliance, and workforce planning. A Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of HR experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Five (5) or more years of progressive professional Human Resources experience.
• Equivalent combinations of education, training, and experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leaders to implement and support HR programs that drive business performance and operational success.
• Provide guidance and coaching on employee relations matters, performance management, organizational effectiveness, and workforce planning.
• Support talent acquisition efforts, employee development initiatives, succession planning, and talent management programs.
• Assist leaders in interpreting and applying company policies, employment laws, and HR best practices.
• Conduct thorough and objective investigations into employee concerns and recommend appropriate resolutions.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, local, and company regulations, policies, and procedures.
• Analyze workforce and HR data, prepare reports, and provide insights to support business decisions.
