• Bachelor's degree in a related field and 5+ years of HR experience.
• Experience supporting talent management, engagement, organizational effectiveness, or change initiatives.
• Ability to build relationships with leaders and stakeholders across the organization.
• Interest in data, analytics, and emerging technologies to support outcomes.

Mansioni

• Partner with leaders and HR colleagues to support talent management and workforce planning.
• Support talent review, succession planning, performance management, and engagement activities for client groups.
• Build relationships with leaders and stakeholders and guide on talent priorities.
• Collaborate with Centers of Excellence to implement people programs and enterprise initiatives.
• Leverage workforce data and analytics to identify trends and inform decisions.
