The HR Business Partner role at L&G Asset Management, America partners with business leaders to translate priorities into talent and organization strategies that drive performance and growth.

You will assess talent, strengthen organizational effectiveness, build leadership capabilities, address performance issues, and ensure the workforce has the skills and capacity to deliver results in a fast-paced, high-change environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 7–10 years progressive HR experience in a business-facing role.
• Experience with talent assessment, performance management, succession planning, organizational design and leadership development.
• Strong analytical capabilities and ability to use talent data to inform decisions.
• Ability to build credibility with leaders and employees and challenge senior leaders constructively.

Responsibilities

• Develop a deep understanding of the business strategy, operating model, talent requirements and performance drivers.
• Serve as a trusted HR partner to managers, leaders and employees at all levels.
• Proactively identify organizational and talent opportunities, risks and needs using data and context.
• Partner with leaders to assess team strength, depth and capability including performance, potential and retention risk.
• Lead talent reviews and support succession planning and leadership development.
