Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field required.
• Minimum of 5 years HR experience in HRBP/HR Generalist or similar role.
• Manufacturing environment experience; multi‑state entities a plus.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Business Partnership: translate operational goals into people strategies and advise leaders on workforce planning and change initiatives.
• Employee Relations & Performance Management: manage complex employee relations, policy interpretation, investigations, and corrective actions; guide performance processes.
