Job summary

The role provides expertise in employee relations, performance management, and organizational development, acting as primary contact for HR policies and programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources management, business management, or related field.
• 5-7 years of Human Resources Generalist experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Familiarity with California Employment law preferred.
• Proven ability to build partnerships with management and employees at all levels.
• Action-oriented in a fast-paced environment; able to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; proficiency in MS Word/Excel/Outlook; able to learn HRIS.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business unit management to communicate HR policies, procedures, programs and laws.
• Strategize with HR peers to support assigned line of business and identify improvement areas.
• Assist with development of department goals and systems.
• Handle employee relations issues and organizational development matters.
• Conduct internal investigations and provide resolution plans for complaints.
