Job summary

C&S Wholesale Grocers, LLC is seeking a Manager, HR Business Partner to provide strategic HR support across facilities and functions. This role focuses on aligning HR strategy with business goals and driving results for multiple locations.

You will partner with Facility Operations leaders, coach leaders on talent development and performance, and drive HR initiatives such as workforce planning and salary reviews. Must travel up to 50% to support various sites.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
SHRM-CP certification preferred.
Experience supporting hourly employee client groups.
Experience in call center, distribution center, or manufacturing environments.

Responsibilities

Identify, develop, and implement HR programs aligned with business objectives and KPIs.
Partner with Facility Operations leaders as trusted advisor on people and organizational implications of strategy.
Coach leaders on talent development and performance management.
Drive talent management, training, succession planning, workforce planning, performance reviews, and salary reviews.
Collaborate with the business to develop focused workforce strategies aligning with HR objectives.
Analyze business trends with cross-functional HR to develop solutions and policies.
Embed a talent management mindset and execute a talent agenda with leadership and COEs.
Lead talent reviews and develop Individual Development Plans with leadership and COEs.
