Responsibilities

• Ensure HR policies and programs are administered consistently.
• Process payroll within required timeframes.
• Submit payroll changes to Regional HR Manager weekly.
• Maintain professionalism during investigations or performance conversations.
• Conduct Interactive Process for ADA requests.
• Respond to subpoena requests; escalate legal issues to Regional HR Manager.
• Provide required annual HR trainings.
• Handle Workers’ Compensation claims with medical or lost time.
• Prepare exit paperwork and conduct interviews at separation.
• Process terminations and escalate high-level cases.
