Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 6+ years of HR experience.

• Knowledge of HR governance, compliance and people data management.

Responsibilities

• Lead HRBP for assigned client groups and align HR strategies with business goals.
• Advise and influence with HR COEs and the People team.
• Coach senior leaders on talent management and succession planning.
• Ensure HR data integrity and participation in regulatory/compliance activities.
• Partner with legal and cross-functional teams as needed.
