Job summary

BW Design Group is seeking a seasoned HR leader to serve as a strategic People partner to business leadership in St. Louis.

You will translate priorities into workforce and organizational strategies that drive performance and growth, working with HR colleagues to anticipate workforce needs and shape leadership pipelines. You will analyze People data, diagnose organizational issues, and deliver actionable recommendations while coaching leaders to strengthen leadership effectiveness and employee

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of HR experience advising senior leaders.
• Experience leading talent strategy, succession, and performance management.
• Experience handling complex employee relations and org change.
• Experience using People data and analytics to identify trends and guide leadership.

Responsibilities

• Advise leadership as a strategic People partner to translate priorities into People strategies.
• Identify risks and propose solutions for talent, leadership, and retention.
• Guide leaders on talent strategy, succession, performance, development, and retention.
• Analyze data to diagnose issues, surface trends, and provide actionable insights.
• Coach leaders to improve leadership effectiveness and team member experience.
• Lead high-risk employee relations matters and organizational change programs.
• Drive People strategy and change management for key initiatives.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and business leaders on workforce needs.
• Translate enterprise priorities into focused actions with the broader People Team.
• Work with HR Generalists to ensure operational People needs are met while tracking trends.
