Becklar in the United States is seeking an HR Business Partner to partner with leadership to deliver full-cycle HR support across multiple locations. You will execute HR processes, support employees and managers, and align people strategies with business needs.

This role balances strategic and tactical work, including employee relations, workforce planning, performance management, and HR program implementation, contributing to a positive employee experience and consistent HR practices across

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of HR Generalist or HRBP experience.
• Strong employee relations experience required.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required; certifications preferred.
• Experience with HR systems such as ADP.
• Willingness to travel regularly and maintain confidentiality.

Responsabilités

• Partner with leaders to understand business needs and develop people strategies.
• Support employee relations, including conflict resolution and investigations.
• Promote a positive, engaging workplace culture.
• Assist with communication and change management initiatives.
• Manage HR systems (e.g., ADP), ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Support benefits administration and employee inquiries.
• Coordinate employee leaves of absence and return-to-work processes.
• Assist with workforce planning, including headcount and succession planning.
• Monitor productivity and support performance improvement efforts.
• Ensure adherence to HR policies and procedures.
• Support performance management processes (coaching, feedback, development plans).
• Plan and coordinate employee engagement events and recognition programs.
• Identify and escalation high-risk issues when needed.
• Support emergency response planning and workplace policies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align HR initiatives.
• Travel between locations as required.
