Job summary

Beth Israel Lahey Health seeks a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to provide strategic HR support across centers of expertise and operational leaders.

You will drive employee engagement, workforce planning, talent acquisition collaboration, and change management while coaching leaders and ensuring policy adherence in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

This role partners with senior HR leaders to align people strategies with business goals and deliver impactful results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5-8 years’ HR generalist experience across multiple disciplines.
• Solid knowledge of employment law.
• Experience handling employee relations matters and investigations.
• Experience working in a cross-functional team environment.
• Excellent interpersonal, facilitation, communication and consulting skills.
• Ability to influence and partner at all levels across the organization.
• Advanced skills with Microsoft applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Partners with leaders to drive strategic people plans and performance.
• Stays current on HR trends and provides consultative guidance.
• Coaches on leadership and organizational management practices.
• Encourages adoption of new philosophies, technologies, and initiatives.
• Resolves employee relations matters with effective solutions.
• Provides input to HR Centers of Expertise and advocates for leaders.
• Uses diagnostics to identify talent and engagement challenges.
• Leads conversations on sourcing, recruiting, and staffing plans.
• Coaches on change management per regional methodologies.
• Supports HR during restructurings.
• Advises on team/department restructurings with senior leaders.
