Job summary

Beth Israel Lahey Health is seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to support Behavioral Services. This hybrid role requires regular on-site presence across the North Shore and collaboration with centralized COEs to deliver HR services.

The HRBP will partner with leaders, drive workforce planning, talent acquisition, performance and engagement initiatives, and help manage restructurings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or related field is required.
• 5–8 years of related HR experience.
• Minimum of 5 years’ HR generalist experience across multiple disciplines.
• Solid knowledge of employment law.
• Experience guiding investigations and employee relations.

Responsibilities

• Partners with leaders to drive strategic plans and people initiatives.
• Provides guidance on leadership and organizational management practices.
• Coaches managers on change management and restructurings.
• Leads conversations on sourcing, recruiting, and staffing plans with Talent Acquisition.
• Supports HR programs and changes with COEs.
• Diagnoses engagement challenges and implements solutions.
