Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5–8 years’ related HR work experience.
• HR generalist experience across multiple disciplines.
• Solid knowledge of employment law.
• Experience handling employee relations matters and investigations.
• Cross-functional teamwork and strong communication skills.
• Ability to influence and partner at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Partners with leaders to drive people strategies and align with values.
• Provide guidance on organizational management practices.
• Coach leaders on change management and employee engagement.
• Support HR COEs with programs and practices meeting business needs.
• Lead conversations on sourcing, recruiting, and staffing plans with Talent Acquisition.
• Assist restructurings and organizational changes.
