Job summary

Beth Israel Lahey Health, Inc. is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to provide consultative HR support to assigned leaders and employees. This hybrid role in Westwood MA partners with centralized COEs to drive engagement, workforce planning, performance management, talent acquisition, and change initiatives.

You will coach leaders, lead restructuring efforts, and ensure alignment with company values while applying employment law know-how and strong interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, or related field is required.
• 5+ years of HR generalist experience across multiple disciplines.
• Solid knowledge of employment law and policy interpretation.
• Experience conducting investigations and handling employee relations matters.
• Experience working in cross-functional, matrixed teams.

Responsibilities

• Partners with leaders to drive strategic people plans and business results.
• Coaches on management practices to develop staff and improve performance.
• Leads changes and restructurings with HR COEs and senior leaders.
• Supports sourcing, recruiting, and staffing plans with Talent Acquisition.
• Addresses employee relations matters with effective coaching and solutions.
• Collaborates across HR COEs to tailor programs to business needs.
