Job summary

Miller's Ale House is seeking a dynamic HR Business Partner to serve as a strategic partner to Operations leadership across a designated region, aligning talent strategies with business objectives while fostering a high-performing workplace culture.

Based at the Restaurant Support Center in Orlando, FL, the HRBP collaborates with Payroll, Talent Acquisition, Training, Benefits, Risk Management, and other HR teams to deliver scalable HR solutions that support growth and ensure regulatory

Qualifications

• Three or more years of progressive HR experience, including advising leaders on HR matters.
• Demonstrated ability to coach, influence, and develop leaders across levels.
• Comprehensive knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
• Professional HR certification (SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP/PHR/SPHR) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide proactive HR consultation across the employee lifecycle and across functions.
• Advise leaders on talent management, performance management, workforce planning, and employee relations.
• Coach managers on performance, policy interpretation, and development; implement corrective actions when needed.
• Lead compliance initiatives, audits, and policy implementations.
• Analyze workforce trends to identify opportunities and mitigate risk.
