Job summary

Canadian Solar is seeking an HR Business Partner to support the North America e-Storage organization. You will partner with senior leaders to align HR strategies with business goals and deliver core HR processes across a fast-growing environment.

The role requires hands-on HR delivery, strong employee relations, and Workday proficiency, with up to 15% travel. The position is based in Texas, USA or Kitchener, Ontario, Canada and offers a competitive CAD salary and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

Certified HR professional with strategic partnering experience.
Solid understanding of Canadian and US employment practices and legislation.
Experience supporting technical, industrial, or energy-related businesses is a plus.

Responsibilities

Strategic Partnership: align HR strategies with business objectives for North America.
Hands-On HR Delivery: onboarding, performance cycles, offboarding, compensation & promotions.
Employee Relations: advise managers, mitigate risks, ensure compliant documentation.
Systems & Data (Workday): transactions, reporting, data integrity and insights.
Recruitment and Retention: partner with Recruiting to meet hiring needs and drive engagement.
