Job summary

CS e-Storage, part of Canadian Solar, is seeking an HR Business Partner to support North America. You’ll partner with senior leaders to align HR strategies with business goals, deliver core HR processes, and ensure an exceptional employee experience.

The role requires up to 15% travel across NA, a hands-on approach, and the ability to navigate rapid growth while maintaining strong compliance with Canadian and U.S. employment practices.

Qualifications

• HR certification (SPHR or SHRM – CP or equivalent) highly desired.
• Solid understanding of Canadian and US employment practices and legislation.
• Ability to initiate, lead and navigate tough conversations maintaining professional composure.
• Proven experience as an HR Business Partner in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Strong interpersonal and influencing skills, with the ability to build trust at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders while delivering core HR processes.
• Support organizational design, workforce planning, and talent strategy.
• Coach leaders on performance management, engagement, and team effectiveness.
• Drive change management initiatives in a high-growth environment.
• Lead and support employee relations concerns with legal compliance and documentation.
• Leverage Workday for HR transactions, reporting, and analytics.
