Job summary

CS e-Storage is hiring an HR Business Partner, North America, to support HR across the NA region from Texas, USA or Kitchener, Ontario Canada. This hands-on role balances strategic partnership with day-to-day HR delivery, including onboarding, performance cycles, ER, compensation and travel up to 15% to project sites.

The role requires HR certification (SPHR or SHRM-CP) and strong Workday experience to drive people programs across a fast-growth, technically focused business.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys balancing **strategic partnership with day-to-day execution**. You’ll act as a trusted advisor to business leaders while also rolling up your sleeves to deliver core HR processes, ensuring operational excellence and a strong employee experience.
