The Senior Human Resources Business Partner (Sr. HRBP) serves as a strategic and hands‑on HR partner to manufacturing operations and assigned employee groups. This position provides HR leadership and support across employee relations, staffing and recruitment, performance management, compensation and benefits, workers’ compensation, payroll, policy administration, employee engagement, and organizational development.
The Sr. HRBP demonstrates mid- to advanced-career-level knowledge of HR principles, practices, and procedures and applies that knowledge to effectively support business objectives. The position partners closely with leaders, employees, Safety, Operations, and other cross-functional teams to address workforce needs, resolve employee concerns, improve retention, strengthen engagement, and promote a positive and productive work environment.

Salary Range: $80,800 - $111,100
