Job summary
Groundworks, North America's leading foundation repair and water management specialist, seeks an HR Business Partner to align people strategies with business goals in a fully onsite Dallas division. You will partner with senior leaders to shape talent management, organizational design, and workforce planning.
The role requires 7+ years HR experience with HRBP focus, travel up to 50% across US/Canada, and strong knowledge of employment laws.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required (or equivalent).
- Master’s degree in HR is preferred for this role.
- SHRM-CP or PHR certification is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the HR partner to the division Senior VP and team.
- Drive HR agenda aligning with business strategy, coaching, and leadership development.
- Manage talent, workforce planning, employee engagement, and culture initiatives.
