Qualifications

• Graduation from a regionally accredited or New York State registered school of law.
• Admission to the Bar of the State of New York and license to practice law in New York State at time of application.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and assist with administration of labor and employee relations; ensure compliance with collective bargaining agreements and laws.
• Investigate employee relations matters; represent ECMCC in labor and employment law matters.
• Assist Director of Labor and Employee Relations in negotiations and policy development.
• Provide counsel to management on contract language, policies, and applicable laws.
• Conduct staff training on labor and employee relations.
