Job summary

Daktronics in Brookings, SD is seeking an HR Business Partner to drive organizational effectiveness and people strategies in collaboration with factory leaders.

You will partner with leaders in Brookings and Redwood Falls, MN on workforce planning, leadership development, and continuous improvement while aligning with Daktronics philosophies; occasional travel and flexible work arrangements are available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Supervisory or Human Resources experience is preferred.
• Must travel by air and ground and comply with the Daktronics Driver Eligibility Policy.
• Fluent in English, written and verbal.
• Applicants must be 18 years of age or older.
• Daktronics does not sponsor, renew, or extend immigration visas for this position.

Responsibilities
