Gorbel® is seeking an HR Business Partner to align business objectives with employees and management across designated units. You will advise on performance management, investigations, and policy interpretation while partnering with the HR team to deliver value-added service and foster a positive employee experience.

Responsibilities include administering health and welfare plans, COBRA and HIPAA compliance, training, FMLA and disability processes, and developing leadership programs.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business or equivalent.
• Minimum of five years of progressive experience in Human Resources.
• Experience with Workday is helpful.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provide guidance and coaching to management and employees on performance management and investigations.
• Administer health and welfare plans, COBRA guidelines and HIPAA compliance; open enrollment.
• Assist in revision and creation of new HR policies and procedures.
• Plan, organize and deliver training programs across the business.
• Collaborate with management to develop programs such as succession planning and leadership development.
