Job summary

National Carwash Solutions is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to serve as the primary strategic HR contact for Plant Operations and Regional Distribution. Based at the De Pere, Wisconsin plant with coverage across multiple states, you will coach leaders, manage complex employee relations, and drive retention, performance, and manager capability initiatives.

Qualifications

• 7+ years HR experience supporting hourly and corporate populations in manufacturing and/or distribution.
• Working knowledge of multi-state employment law across a distributed workforce.
• Experience handling complex employee relations matters and coaching managers.
• Strong judgment, discretion, and ability to build trust with leaders at all levels.
• Effective communication across time zones and varied management styles.
• Familiarity with AI tools to improve real processes beyond routine tasks.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Management or related field or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted advisor and coach to leaders across plant operations and distribution.
• Manage confidential employee relations matters in partnership with HR Director and legal as needed.
• Guide managers through performance management cycles including goal setting and reviews.
• Advise on multi-state compliance across field footprint.
• Analyze turnover and engagement; partner with operations on retention strategies.
• Support workforce planning, org design, and leveling for the regional structure.
• Collaborate with EHS on safety and compliance expectations for the field workforce.
• Lead change management efforts as the organization grows and restructures.
• Provide input on compensation and offer decisions with the HR Director.
• Build HR leader capability through coaching, training, and policy discipline.
• Support HR Generalist with day-to-day execution and process improvements.
• Champion AI-driven process redesign to improve efficiency.
