Job summary

Callaway Golf is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to collaborate with Operations leaders in Fort Worth. You will advise on people and business strategies, drive HR initiatives, and manage employee relations in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires strong coaching, policy development, and partnership with Talent Acquisition to support workforce planning, recruiting, onboarding, and development initiatives across the distribution and manufacturing spaces.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years of progressive HR experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, or related field.
• Completion of HR certificate is a plus, or equivalent knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Manage employee relations matters, complaints, and investigations.
• Coach leaders on performance management and disciplinary actions.
• Provide guidance on separations and terminations, including exit interviews.
• Drive the execution of HR initiatives and programs.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition to support workforce planning, recruiting and onboarding.
• Identify training, development, and talent initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and HR policies.
