Extell Financial Services, Inc. is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner to lead HR operations across the organization, including onboarding, employee lifecycle support, and policy guidance.

The role partners with payroll, benefits, IT, and other teams to ensure compliant HR processes, effective training, and confidential handling of sensitive information. A minimum of five years in HR is required, with strong communication and project management skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field.
• Approximately 5+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably generalist or operations.
• Experience supporting HR activities across multiple entities or populations.
• Knowledge of employee relations practices, policies, and employment laws.
• Experience coordinating HR compliance requirements and training programs.
• Strong organizational and project management skills with multiple priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and ability to handle confidential information.

Responsabilités

• Lead day-to-day HR operations across multiple entities, ensuring accurate, timely processes.
• Support employee lifecycle activities including onboarding, promotions, leaves, and separations.
• Assist with employee relations matters, documentation, and follow-up, escalating when needed.
• Support training programs, policy communications, and compliance initiatives.
• Collaborate with payroll, benefits, IT, and other departments on cross-functional HR initiatives.
