Extell Financial Services, Inc. (EFS) is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner to support HR operations across multiple entities, covering onboarding, employee lifecycle, and policy implementation in a fast-growing environment.

You will partner with payroll, benefits, and IT teams to ensure compliant HR processes, employee relations, and effective training programs while maintaining confidentiality and accuracy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• Approximately 5+ years of progressive Human Resources experience across multiple entities.
• Experience with HR administration, employee relations, and compliance.
• Proficiency with ADP Workforce Now HRIS and Excel is expected.
• HR certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as lead resource for day-to-day HR operations across multiple entities.
• Coordinate recurring HR processes and ensure timely completion.
• Support onboarding, promotions, leaves, transfers, and separations.
• Prepare and maintain employment records and HR documentation.
• Provide guidance to HR team members and monitor workload.
• Support employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolution.
• Assist with training programs and compliance audits.
• Collaborate with Payroll, Benefits, Recruiting, IT, and Finance on cross-functional initiatives.
