• Partner with Talent Acquisition to align hiring with business needs; assist managers and recruiters with staffing and onboarding.
• Collaborate across HR functions to deliver programs with speed, quality and impact.
• Lead leadership development, succession planning, and coaching; support compensation planning.
• Assess attrition drivers and implement retention strategies.
• Address workforce competency gaps and improve team effectiveness.
• Drive change management during transformations and manage employee communications.
• Conduct employee relations investigations with legal and stakeholders.
• Advise on promotions, job leveling, offers, and incentives; support annual compensation.
