Job summary

National Ewp, Inc. in North Salt Lake City seeks an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to advise leaders, manage employee relations, and administer benefits. You will maintain HR data across systems, support compliance, and foster a positive work environment. The role involves collaboration with the Safety team and ongoing engagement initiatives at a fast-paced drilling company.

Our headquarters are in Elko, NV, and occasional travel to Elko may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 6+ years of HR experience including data entry, benefits and employee relations.
• Knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and HR best practices.
• Proficiency in HRIS systems (preferably ADP) and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Excellent verbal and written communication across all levels.
• Experience supporting field-based or operations-driven employee populations preferred.
• Prior experience administering employee benefits and leave programs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day HR guidance and support to employees and leaders.
• Manage employee relations matters with confidentiality, escalating complex issues as needed.
• Administer benefits programs (medical, dental, vision, 401(k)) and leave programs.
• Enter and maintain employee data in HRIS and other platforms; support HR transactions.
• Ensure compliance with applicable employment laws and internal policies.
