Job summary

Elevated Industrial Solutions is seeking a strategic, hands‑on HR Business Partner (HRBP) in Denver to connect people strategy to business priorities and lead across the full employee lifecycle on site.

You will coach managers, support organizational change, and help build an environment focused on accountability, safety, engagement, and inclusion, partnering with leadership on workforce planning and compensation programs.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of progressive HR experience, including experience as an HRBP or HR Generalist.
  • Strong understanding of employment law, HR best practices, and employee relations.
  • Experience supporting operational or industrial workforces preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Proficiency with HRIS systems and the Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with operational and executive leaders to develop and implement HR strategies aligned to company goals.
  • Coach managers on leadership, employee engagement, workforce planning, and organizational effectiveness.
  • Support growth initiatives, restructuring, and change management activities.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and improve recruiting processes.
  • Support recruiting efforts for field, operational, and corporate roles.
  • Assist with workforce planning, succession planning, and retention initiatives.
  • Serve as a trusted resource for employees and managers on workplace concerns, conflict resolution, and policy interpretation.
  • Conduct employee investigations and recommend appropriate resolutions.
  • Foster a positive, accountable, and safety‑oriented work environment.
  • Support performance review processes, goal setting, and employee development planning, including performance improvement plans.
  • Promote leadership development and employee training initiatives.
  • Support compensation benchmarking, salary planning, and incentive programs, partnering with leadership on market competitiveness and internal equity.
  • Help employees with benefits‑related questions and enrollment support.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, continuing to build in‑depth compliance knowledge for day‑to‑day management.
  • Maintain HR policies, procedures, and employee documentation, supporting HR reporting, metrics, and analytics for decision‑making.
  • Work with outside counsel and third‑party professionals as requested by leadership.
  • Build and maintain a company culture aligned with Elevated Industrial Solutions’ values, supporting engagement, recognition, and communication efforts.

Elevated Industrial Solutions is seeking a strategic, hands‑on Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to connect people strategy directly to business priorities. This onsite role in Denver partners with leadership and operations teams across the full employee lifecycle, including hiring, employee relations, performance, compliance, and culture and engagement.

In this position, you will coach managers, support organizational change, and help build an environment focused on accountability and safety. Compensation

Pay: $67,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year

Work Location and Conditions
  • Work location: in person (Denver, CO)
  • When in office, sufficient mobility to work in a standard office setting and use office equipment including a computer and copier
  • Must be able to read printed materials on paper and on a computer screen
  • Must be able to hear and speak to communicate in person
