Job summary

Red Stag Fulfillment in Salt Lake City is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner to champion culture, engagement, and employee relations across the field operations. The role focuses on managing employment files, supporting talent acquisition, and streamlining HR processes to enable growth.

You will partner with leadership to analyze trends, guide policy interpretation, and ensure regulatory compliance while proactively recruiting and improving onboarding experiences for our team members.

Qualifications

• 5 to 7 years HR experience or equivalent.
• Knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Strong judgment and problem-solving in ambiguous situations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized with multitasking ability.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; Excel and SharePoint required.
• Experience with UKG is a plus.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Cultivates and maintains healthy partner relationships with internal business partners.
• Collaborates with HR team to analyze trends and develop solutions.
• Consults with line management, providing HR guidance.
• Partners to improve work relationships, morale, and retention.
• Manages and resolves complex employee relations issues; conducts investigations.
• Ensures regulatory compliance and reduces legal risks.
• Oversees day-to-day HR administrative functions in the warehouse.
• Proactively recruits for open positions and maintains relationships with agencies.
• Improves onboarding processes to enhance the team member experience.
• Drives employee engagement programs aligned with culture.
