Global Medical Response (GMR) is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner in Houston, TX. This role partners with managers to drive organizational excellence and coaching for results, while aligning HR strategies with business goals.

Responsibilities include performance management, employee relations, and policy guidance. Expect up to 50% travel; a Bachelor's in HR or related field is required, with a Master’s preferred. Competitive benefits and a strong team culture are offered.
