Job summary

Graham Media Group is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to align people strategies with business goals across assigned client groups. You will partner with leaders to drive organizational effectiveness, coach managers, and lead HR initiatives in a dynamic, multi-market environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in HR or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years HR experience; 2 years in an HR Business Partner or comparable consultative role preferred.
• Working proficiency in Workday, including transactional and strategic HR tasks.
• Proven track record of managing complex employee relations matters end-to-end.
• Experience facilitating training or learning programs for adults.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with business leaders and managers as their primary HR partner.
• Analyze people data and workforce trends to surface proactive solutions.
• Support and execute employee lifecycle processes (hiring, onboarding, changes, leaves, offboarding).
• Develop SOPs for core HR processes and ensure consistency across markets.
• Partner with HR leadership on workforce planning and change management.
• Use data and AI-enabled tools to monitor workforce health and inform decisions.
• Manage employee relations matters from intake to resolution, including investigations.
• Advise managers on performance management, corrective action, and documentation.
• Coach managers on feedback, performance, and team development.
• Identify talent gaps and assist succession planning and development strategies.
• Collaborate with leaders to align talent needs with business strategy and headcount planning.
• Facilitate HR-related learning experiences and training programs.
