Job summary

The position is hybrid from Cary, with travel as needed and a strong focus on talent development, workforce planning and HR program delivery.
Qualifications
- Eight+ years of broad HR experience including business partner, total rewards, employee relations, performance management, and workforce planning.
- Experience with federal regulations, labor relations and collective bargaining law.
- Strong communication, judgement and business acumen to drive initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Build trusted relationships with client leadership and consult, advise and partner with teams.
- Coach leaders on people management, organization design, engagement and workforce planning.
- Drive culture and engagement initiatives across Customer Services HR.
- Collaborate to implement HR solutions addressing business objectives and challenges.
- Travel as needed and partner with HRBPs on cross-project work.
