Job summary

The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) is POWERX’s strategic partner aligning business objectives with employees and management. The role acts as a consultant on HR issues, championing employees and driving change to meet organizational goals.

This position fosters engagement, develops integrated HR solutions, and may supervise HR staff while partnering with leadership to support talent management, learning, and policy compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5–10 years of HR management experience.
• SHRM-CP certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Strategic HR Partnership and Change Management with business leaders.
• Employee relations: investigations, policy guidance, regulatory compliance.
• Talent management, succession planning, and employee development.
• Learning and development program facilitation.
• Policy and compliance administration.
