Job summary

Molex is seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to support Corporate Capabilities from our Lisle Global Headquarters. You will partner with leaders to drive talent development, guide HR programs, and foster a culture grounded in Principle Based Management.

Responsibilities include implementing HR programs, supporting Corporate HR initiatives, managing compensation and performance systems, and driving engagement while ensuring compliance with laws and company policy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in HR or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of HR experience including applicable laws and regulations, compensation, training, and Talent Management.
• Experience managing Employee Relations situations.

Responsibilities

• Partner with HR and Capability Leaders to identify opportunities for HR to add value to business operations.
• Implement HR programs supporting the Function's mission and strategy.
• Actively support Corporate HR initiatives and help develop and implement them.
• Lead compensation processes including base pay, variable payments, expatriation and relocation.
• Manage performance management programs including appraisals, Talent Reviews, coaching, and discipline.
• Collaborate with management to address performance issues and recognize high performance.
• Drive high engagement by addressing morale-impacting issues and reducing turnover.
• Contribute to Molex PBM principles and management philosophy.
• Perform related duties as assigned by management.
