Job summary

Molex is seeking a Leader, Human Resources to guide HR strategies for our global Finance organization and supervise a HR Business Partner. Based at our Global Headquarters in Lisle, IL, you will drive talent development and coach managers within the framework of PBM.

You will apply data-driven insights, lead cross-functional HR programs, and collaborate with corporate HR initiatives. This senior role requires strategic thinking and a global mindset with up to 25% travel.

Qualifications

• Strategic HR partner to leaders driving workforce planning.
• Experience in talent management, performance management and compensation processes.
• Data-driven approach to inform HR decisions and policy application.
• Experience leading global HR initiatives.
• Knowledge of PBM, guiding principles, and management philosophy is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead global HR activities and talent discussions aligned to organizational needs.
• Implement HR programs supporting the Function's mission and strategy.
• Apply data and analytics to strategic HR initiatives.
• Support Corporate HR initiatives and development.
• Manage compensation processes, including base pay, variable pay, expatriation and relocation.
• Support performance management programs including appraisals, Talent Reviews, coaching, and discipline.
• Drive employee engagement and address turnover drivers.
• Uphold Molex Guiding Principles and PBM.
