Job summary

Molex, a Koch company, is seeking an HR Business Partner to support the Optical Solutions Business Unit in Fremont, CA. You will partner with engineering, product management, and marketing leaders to shape talent strategies and organizational design for a fast-growing Wavelengths initiative.

You will drive succession planning, leadership development, and analytics, while ensuring effective workforce planning and a strong new-hire experience. Occasional travel up to 10% may be required.

Qualifications

• Progressive HRBP experience including HR Partner/HR Manager roles.
• Strong working knowledge of California employment law and employee relations best practices.
• Demonstrate ability to influence and partner with leaders.
• Experience in analyzing, interpreting, and presenting data with advanced Excel/PowerPoint skills.
• Ability to travel up to 10% domestically.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Business Partnership with leadership to translate priorities into people strategies.
• Advise on organization design, manpower planning, and scaling teams for growth and innovation.
• Coach managers on roles, responsibilities and expectations; deliver effective feedback and development.
• Lead talent management, succession planning, and leadership development initiatives.
• Manage employee relations matters, ensure policy compliance with California and Federal laws.
• Support recruitment and PBM culture initiatives, and handle special projects as assigned.
