Job summary

Molex, a Koch company based at our Lisle, IL headquarters, seeks a Leader, Human Resources to guide global HR strategies for the Finance organization and to supervise a HR Business Partner. You will develop talent, coach leaders, and implement PBM-aligned HR programs across functions.

You will oversee compensation, performance management, and engagement initiatives, leveraging data to inform decisions. Domestic and international travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience serving as a strategic HR partner to business leaders by identifying workforce needs and implementing HR solutions.
• Experience leading and executing core HR programs, including talent management, performance management, and compensation processes.
• Demonstrated experience applying data, metrics, and analysis to inform HR decisions and workforce planning.
• Ability to manage employee relations matters in compliance with employment laws and regulations.
• Experience managing direct reports and driving teams to achieve organizational priorities.
• Ability to travel up to 25%, domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Lead global HR activities and talent development across functions.
• Coach managers and employees on HR policies and programs within PBM context.
• Develop and implement HR programs that support the function's mission and strategy.
• Apply data and analytics to support strategic initiatives.
• Support Corporate HR initiatives and contribute to their development.
• Oversee compensation processes including base pay, incentives, expatriation and relocation.
• Maintain high engagement and address turnover through targeted programs.
• Align HR practices with Molex Guiding Principles and PBM.
