Job summary

Molex is seeking a Global HR Leader for the Enterprise Segment to drive people strategies for the CSBU and related divisions from its Lisle, IL headquarters. You will partner with senior leaders to align people priorities with business goals across regions and sites.

You will lead recruitment, onboarding, workforce planning, succession, and total rewards while building a consistent, globally-aligned HR agenda and delivering strategic impact in a hyper-growth environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of HR experience
• Experience supporting global, matrixed orgs with multiple functions, regions and leadership stakeholders
• Travel up to 15% of the time domestically and internationally

Responsibilities

• Champion Principle Based Management with employees at all levels
• Support recruitment and onboarding with hiring managers
• Plan workforce and succession; develop talent strategies
• Advise leaders on compensation philosophy and total rewards
• Coordinate global HR priorities with the segment leadership
• Support special projects as needed
