Job summary

Helmerich & Payne is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to act as a strategic coach to U.S.-based leaders and a hands-on partner across global HR initiatives. You will translate business needs into people strategies and drive organizational design, performance, and talent programs.

This role emphasizes change leadership, workforce planning, and broader enterprise collaboration. You will advise leaders on policy, compliance, and employee relations while partnering with COEs and HR Centers

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a strategic partnership between the business and HR as a coach and change leader.
• Translate organizational needs into plans of action to reach goals.
• Partner with leaders, COEs, Corporate Services, and global stakeholders to deliver HR programs.
• Drive Organization Design, Performance Management, Talent Management and Workforce Planning initiatives.
• Collaborate with Staffing and Recruiting to ensure timely, diverse, and inclusive hiring.
• Provide change leadership for new initiatives, reorganizations, and major projects.
• Support cross-geography collaboration and enterprise-wide HR initiatives.
