Job summary

Helmerich & Payne, Tulsa-based energy company, is seeking a Recruiter to support the full recruitment lifecycle across corporate, operational, and technical roles. You will partner with hiring managers, source and screen candidates, and drive a best-in-class candidate experience from first contact through onboarding.

You will coordinate interviews, ensure timely communications, maintain accurate ATS records, and help with onboarding activities and early career initiatives.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of recruiting or HR experience.
• Strong customer service orientation and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; familiarity with ATS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support the full recruitment lifecycle for corporate, operational, and technical roles.
• Source, screen, and assess candidates; partner with hiring managers.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews; manage interview logistics.
