Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of demonstrated success as a HRBP or Generalist.
  • Knowledge of Life Sciences industry and proficiency in Workday preferred.

  • Proactive, articulate communicator and self-starter.

POSITION SUMMARY

This dynamic role is ideal for individuals who excel in fast-paced environments and are passionate about driving organizational success through innovative HR strategies. As an HRBP, you will partner with leaders and teams to deliver impactful talent solutions and foster a high-performing, inclusive culture. You will be responsible for coaching leaders, managing organizational design, driving talent strategies, and addressing employee relations, ensuring alignment with the company's business priorities and values. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Understand dynamics and key business priorities of client groups to provide support to business leaders on effectively managing and leading their organizations.
  • Act as a motivator of change. Support organizational change management activities to drive culture change and team effectiveness strategies.
  • Develop and execute robust plans to attract, retain, develop, and engage talent in critical roles, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Oversee and expand the internship program to attract and develop emerging talent, ensuring a valuable experience for both interns and the organization.
  • Support and enhance the employee value proposition by contributing to onboarding initiatives and employer branding efforts, including social media engagement, to attract and retain top talent.
  • Partner with COE leaders to shape and implement innovative HR solutions that address business needs.
  • Guide managers and teams through annual performance reviews, talent management processes, and compensation cycles, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Leverage data and analytics to identify workforce trends and provide insights that influence strategic HR decisions.
  • Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues. Conduct effective, thorough and objective investigations.
  • Maintain knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance. Partner with the legal department as needed/required.
  • Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
  • Provide guidance on business unit restructures, workforce planning, and succession planning to ensure organizational effectiveness.
  • Identify training needs within business units and partner with the COE to provide coaching and development opportunities.
  • Recommend and implement new approaches, policies, and procedures to enhance efficiency and drive retention efforts.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business or relevant program.
  • Minimum 5 years of demonstrated success as a Human Resource Business Partner or Generalist.
  • Knowledge of the Life Sciences industry and proficiency in Workday are preferred.
  • Solid HR practitioner with the ability to establish trustful working relationships with all levels of an organization while gaining and maintaining credibility.
  • Data-driven, critical thinker.
  • Self-starter who is ready to take on challenges that stretch their capabilities.
  • Proactive, articulate communicator and active listener.
  • Sound business acumen and analytical skills.
