Job summary

Acumed LLC is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to serve as a strategic advisor to assigned business leaders. You will translate business priorities into practical people strategies and provide data-informed guidance that supports organizational performance.

You will guide employees and managers on employee relations, performance management, talent development, and workforce planning, partnering with leaders to strengthen organizational capability and the employee experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
• 5-8 years of progressive Human Resources experience, including experience in an HR Business Partner, HR Generalist, Employee Relations, or similar role.

Responsibilities

• HR Business Partnership - Partner with assigned leaders to understand business strategies, operational priorities, and workforce implications; translate needs into practical people strategies and provide data-informed guidance.
• Employee Relations & Performance Management - Advise leaders on employee relations matters, performance concerns, investigations, and policy interpretation; guide actions and follow-up.
• Talent Management & Workforce Planning - Assess current and future workforce needs, talent gaps, succession risks, and critical-role requirements; support recruiting, onboarding, performance management, talent reviews, and retention strategies.
• Training & Development - Identify development needs and coordinate training programs for employees and leaders; support leadership development initiatives.
• Employee Engagement & Culture - Support engagement initiatives, review survey results, and develop action plans with leaders.
• Organizational Effectiveness & Change Management - Partner on changes, restructures, and process improvements; align with compensation, benefits, and enterprise HR programs.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration

Master's degree preferred
