Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field.
• 5+ years of analytics experience, HR analytics preferred.
• 2+ years of leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead analyses of HR, Payroll and related data to identify trends, root causes and solutions.
• Coordinate design and development of dashboards, reports and visuals for HR clients and leaders.
• Apply project management methods to ensure timely delivery with focus on associate experience and efficiency.
• Support team development, onboarding and coaching of team members.
