You will lead data analytics initiatives, develop dashboards, and collaborate with Merchandising, Finance, and IT to improve decision-making across the organization.

Ideal candidates have advanced analytics experience, strong storytelling with data, and expertise in SQL, Python, R, Tableau, and BigQuery.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.
• Master's degree in a quantitative field or equivalent experience.
• 6+ years of data mining, statistics, forecasting, or related analytics experience.
• Strong ability to translate analysis into actionable presentations.
• Proficiency with SQL, SAS, Tableau, R, Python, and related tools.

Responsibilities

• 65% - Data Analytics: analyze large data sets and build dashboards/reports using SQL, Python, Tableau, and other tools.
• 10% - Data Management: work with analysts to source, cleanse, validate data.
• 5% - Project Support: assist end users and troubleshoot issues.
• 15% - Solution Development: collaborate with stakeholders to deliver analytics solutions.
• 5% - Technical Exploration: expand core competencies and improve systems and procedures.
